User can add new entries to Address book as follows:
- Click on the New icon (highlighted by a Red Square below):
- That will bring up the following Window. In the Window, user can enter all details about the new contact. The mandatory field is name of the person. Rest of the details are optional.
- Enter the new contact details and click on Save button. That will add the contact to Local address book and will be displayed in the lift of address book entries (as shown below):
Quick Add
- Rainmail Web mail address book has a Quick Add functionality. Using this feature, an user can add a new entry to the Address book without going to a new page.
- In the Address book Window, select the Address book in which to add the entry (indicated by the Red rectangle on top left corner in above Window).
- Enter the details of the new contact in the First, Last, Phone and Email edit fields. Click on Quick Add. The entry immediately gets added to the specified Address book and displayed as shown below
