New Group

Rainmail Web mail Address book allows users to create Group entries. Once created, user can send email to the group and it will be delivered to all the members. User can create a group entry as follows:

  1. Click on NewGroup icon (indicated by a Red Square below):

  1. That will bring up the following Window.

  1. Enter the Group name in the Group Name edit box (indicated by a Red Oval).
  2. Enter the email addresses which are members of this group in the Email Addresses In This Group.
  3. Optionally, User can enter remarks about the Group in the Notes field.
  4. Click on Save. The new group with member email addresses is stored in Local Address book and will appear as belows
