Rainmail Collaboration Suite offers a set of advanced features including 

1. Creating and using email templates
2. Enabling touch interface,
3. Previewing email attachments online,
4. Creating email addresslists,
5. Managing company resources (for example: conference room).

Users,, by default do not have access to these functions. To enable access to any of these functions an user has to either make changes in the Settings menu or contact the System Administrator. Detailed instructions to access and use the enhanced features are provided in the following sections.
