Rainmail Server provides a portal that acts as the Gateway to all the user services. The portal provides a login form in addition to links to useful functions. The link Get User Profile from Email address tells users how to configure Email and Internet browsing. The steps are given for Microsoft Outlook Express. However, they can easily be extrapolated to configure other Email clients. 

To configure Email/Browsing settings, follow these steps:

1. Click on the link Get User Profile from Email address in the Home page (indicated by the red oval)

2. The following form opens
   • In the edit box next to Your E-mail Address: (indicated by the red oval) enter your username
   • Select the domain name part of the Email address from the drop down combo box (indicated by the green oval)
   • Click on Submit button

3. The user profile is displayed. The account name/User ID (indicated by the red oval) and IP details (indicated by the yellow oval) displayed form your profile and should be used to configure Email/Internet browsing.
