Rainmail Collaboration Suite provides a file module for document management. Using this module, teams can store their documents and edit them collaboratively using the Locking and Versioning features. Each user, by default is given a Personal and Shared folder. The files uploaded by the user are stored under Personal and the Shared folder contains the files and folders shared by other users.
