Users can export/import events in a Calendar to/from another application. The data is exchanged using ICS (.ics) format.

1. Click on Administration (indicated by the red oval)

2. The following screen appears. Double click on your username

3. The Calendar dialog appears as follows:

• To export a Calendar:
  1. Click on Export button (indicated by Red Oval above).
  2. A file will be downloaded by browser. This file is the exported calendar and can be further imported to other applications.
• To import a Calendar:

1. Click on Import tab (indicated by the Blue oval above). The following screen appears. Click on the Browse button (indicated by the red oval) and select the .ics file to be imported

3. The selected file's name is displayed. Click on Import button (indicated by the red oval)

4. The following dialog pops up. Click Ok

5. Click Ok to close the Calendar dialog
6. The imported Calendar's events are added to the user's Calendar
